Welcome to ÜPW Bau
Dear customers,
Dear friends of the House,
It is a great honor for us to present our new joint website and our services in detail. More than 50 years of architectural, planning and construction experience are now bundled in a new name: ÜPW Bau, synonymous with Ünyilmaz Projektentwicklung & Wohnungsbau.
As brothers, we have now joined forces in our own company – after more than or almost 20 years of independent companies – in order to be able to offer you as a customer turnkey construction from a single source. Our goals: error prevention through integrative construction, defined cost control and sensible, interdisciplinary, fast planning, action & work.
Ultimately, however, we want to guarantee our customers – as far as possible – an all-round carefree construction from the development, planning to construction & equipment phase. Highly satisfied, ultimately happy customers as our benchmark. This also applies to our second generation, to our four children, who are already in the starting blocks in the architecture & construction sector and will strengthen us as early as 2022/2023/2024. Family spirit as the basis for exciting, future-oriented solutions & services.

ÜPW Bau was founded in 2020 with the aim of the two partners to act as an integrated umbrella company for the architectural firm agp su (Selcuk Ünyilmaz) and CU Bau (Cumhur Ünyilmaz). For almost 20 years now, we have been designing and building projects in the fields of

- Building in existing buildings, old buildings & monuments (conversion of schools)
- Special buildings such as mosques, kindergartens, etc.
Since 2002/2003, around 120 construction projects in sizes from S to XXL have been realized.
The aim is to be able to offer the client all services from property development, design, planning and subsequent construction from a single source, so that efficiency advantages in various dimensions result in organizational, qualitative and financial advantages for the client. Turnkey construction with an all-round carefree approach for our customers. This is our maxim. This is our approach. And already reality for 20 years in more than 80 realized (large) construction projects of AGP SÜ (founded 2002/03) as well as the experience from the construction of 150 projects at CÜ Bau (founded in 2004). Specializing in modern residential construction, we have developed and realized multi-family houses in single and multi-storey residential construction with up to 150 residential units over the past 20 years.
Our core team of 25 full-time employees – including 9 architects & engineers as well as 10/11 shell builders as well as several additional employees in the summer – ensures high-quality, interdisciplinary planning and construction. From LP 0 to 12 we make everything possible...
In addition to the classic architectural work phases 1 – 8, we offer further services relating to 360° construction. For us, this includes above all the approach of high aesthetics in architecture & design in conjunction with exemplary function & functionality as well as intelligent sustainability aspects from a long-lasting concept to almost self-sufficient house/residential complexes. Here is a quick overview:
Performance level 0
Joint possible acquisition of land with/for our customers & determination of the structural possibilities in advance with authorities and offices.
Performance level 1 – 5
From conception to development, planning to preliminary building decision & building application, cost estimation and detailed implementation planning including statics, low-energy construction and other ecological aspects of construction, etc.
Performance level 6 – 8
All services from detailed cost calculation, tendering of tenders to construction management to structural implementation including final acceptance/quality control.
Performance level 9 – 12
On request, we plan & implement – if necessary. with external service providers – detailed lighting planning, intelligent Smart & Safe Home, interior & furniture design as well as garden and landscape planning … and visualize this in advance in 3D for you.
